Please note that all sales made through this website are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted for any reason, including change of mind, dissatisfaction with image composition, print size, or other personal preferences.

Defective or Damaged Items

All products are printed and shipped by Printique, a professional print lab. While rare, defects or damage during shipping can occur. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact Printique Customer Service directly within 30 days of receiving your order.

To report a defect or damage, email service@printique.com with:

• Your name

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Photos showing the problem

If the product is deemed defective, Printique will repair, replace, or issue a credit at their discretion.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived or appears to be lost in transit, please contact Printique Customer Service at service@printique.com with your order number. They will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for customer errors, including spelling mistakes, low-resolution images, or incorrect product selections. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
